Beautifully Remodeled 3BR Home Near Niagara Falls!

The house was great for what we wanted it for. Proximity to the falls was perfect, the fenced in backyard for the pups was ideal, and communication with the host was awesome. We arrived to a broken toliet handle of which the host offered to fix immediately but since there was a second toliet available for us to use, we requested to wait for it to get fixed until after we left and he was very understanding about that! We had no problems finding street parking right in front of the house. House was pretty clean, smelled clean as soon as you walked in, floors could use a good scrub but didnt feel dirty! Host was incredibly helpful/responsive. Enjoyed our stay!

The place is spacious, clean, and conveniently located. However, problems with the Airbnb really put a damper on our vacation. The hosts accommodated an early check in, but only if we allowed them to come fix a toilet before the check-in time. We complied; however they were unable to fix the toilet. So for the duration of our stay, we were unable to flush the upstairs toilet. They did offer to come back and fix it during our stay, but I went on vacation to be on vacation, not to supervise home maintenance. On top of that, the hosts seem very disconnected with the property. We asked about the location of a few items because they were not where you would intuitively think and the hosts had to “check on that.” Lastly, the listing advertises a bathtub; however, the drain stopper does not push down and seal to allow for an actual bath. This was definitely a subpar Airbnb experience and if I return to the area, I will find a different place to stay.
